HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Preferences
Add a new DWORD value and name it MinToTray
Set it equal to 1.
Restart outlook, it should now minimize to the tray.
Remove Links folder in IE
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar
Change LinksFolderName value from Links to nothing (i.e delete Links)
Open Internet Explorer and manually delete the Links folder from Favorites Menu. The Links folder will not be recreated. Exit Registry and Reboot
Disable MSN Messanger from starting up with Windows
Open MSN Messenger and go to Tools -> Options... -> General tab -> uncheck Run Messenger when Windows starts
Disable AIM from starting with Windows
Open AIM and go to My AIM -> Edit Options -> Edit Preferences -> Sign On/Off category -> uncheck Start AIM when Windows Starts
Show hidden entries in Add/Remove Windows Components, 2K/XP
%systemroot%\inf (hidden folder, may need to change Folder Options to view hidden files and folders)
open sysoc.inf and remove HIDE from the lines you wish
